A couple of weeks ago I delivered Greg and Echo's finished DVD to his mom, Susan. She invited me in to watch the video with her and it was so wonderful to share in the moment. Over and over it was so apparent that many of the smallest details of her son's wedding day would have been forgotten if not for the video. I know she especially enjoyed seeing the "behind the scenes" footage that she wasn't able to share in on the big day. The best part about capturing the "entire" day for us is that we do have the opportunity to re-tell the story of their wedding day from start to finish. The groom then gets a chance to see his bride getting ready and the bride gets to see her groom and all his guys preparing for the ceremony. Being able to give moments like this back to family members to hold onto for a lifetime is a feeling that I can not put into words. The day goes by so quickly and so much is missed or forgotten; "thank goodness we have the video" is what we keep hearing! I'm so glad you love the video, we so loved being there to capture it all.
